What we collect
Only what you type into the forms. We collect nothing else while you browse.
- Contact: name, email and message. Surname and phone number are optional.
- Bookings: name, surname, email, phone number, chosen date, number of people and organisational notes.
Where it goes
The site has no database. The forms are sent by email to the Pro Loco's mailboxes, which are therefore the actual archive of the requests.
Hosting and email are provided by Aruba S.p.A. on data centres in Italy. The data does not leave the European Union.
For how long
- Contact and bookings: at most 12 months from the last relevant communication, then we erase them.
- Anti-spam protection: at most 24 hours.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not follow you and does not profile you. That is why you see no banner: there is nothing to authorise.

Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or erase your data, to restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, to object to the processing and to withdraw your consent.

How we protect the site
The site runs over an encrypted connection and the forms are protected by an anti-spam check that uses no external tracking services.
Only people authorised by the Pro Loco, bound by confidentiality, can access the mailboxes.
Do you need the full text?
The full version sets out the purposes and legal bases of each processing activity, the retention periods in detail, cookies, the itemised list of rights with instructions on how to exercise them, the definitions and the statutory references.
